Shipping policy

Please allow for 5-7 working days shipping timescale in the UK and Northern Island.

During exceptional busy periods, providing we have manufactured, shipped the product and provided a tracking number, if a delay is out of our control due to courier issues we will not refund postage in accordance with the "Customer Delivery Promise".

For EU an international orders, delivery times may vary, but orders will created and shipped within the same 5-7 working day timescale.
